Inner Growth
Inner Growth is a painting I had done with the idea of my own "inner child" as part of the inspiration that was portrayed in this piece.
The woman holds the eagle feather up into the air towards "Grandmother Moon" while the face and the eagle spirit represent a oneness with the creature's spirit.
The eagle carries prayers to the Creator since is known to fly the highest in the sky.
The little girl is actually part of the woman's spirit as she is doing deep soulwork in finding her 'inner child' that has been locked away for so long in her life.
The root structure beneath them holds the side profile of a face which represents "Mother Earth" and the Creator being apart of everything.
The four stars represent the grandfathers of the four directions and the overall blue theme represents healing and tranquility.
